Recently, the launching ceremony of Shantou's overseas intellectual property rights (IPRs) protection workstations was held at Shenzhen Nanshan-Shantou Haojiang Industrial Collaborative Innovation Center for the “High-quality Development Project for Guangdong Counties, Towns and Villages”.

During the event, Shantou officially launched three overseas IPRs protection workstations in the US, Germany, and Malaysia. The organizer held a video link with the directors of the three overseas workstations, who respectively introduced their service scope and work plans. Meanwhile, the project team from Beijing Yingke Law Firm presented the "Overseas IPR Protection Service Project" to help enterprises better understand overseas IPRs protection service. Upon establishment, the three overseas workstations will operate locally, integrate resources, and provide Shantou enterprises with comprehensive services like risk early warning and dispute response. This will help Shantou enterprises lower the cost of protecting their IPRs, thereby making IPRs protection more accessible and affordable.

汕头海外知识产权保护工作站启动

　　近日，汕头海外知识产权保护工作站启动仪式在深圳南山—汕头濠江“百千万工程”产业协同创新中心举行。

　　活动中，汕头3个海外知识产权保护（美国、德国、马来西亚）工作站启动，主办方与3个海外工作站主要负责人进行视频连线，各工作站负责人介绍工作站服务定位和工作规划，北京市盈科律师事务所项目团队对“海外知识产权保护服务项目”进行推介，加深企业对海外知识产权保护服务的了解。3个海外工作站成立后将立足当地、整合资源，为汕头企业提供风险预警、纠纷应对等全链条服务，降低企业维权成本，破解“维权难、维权贵”问题。
