On the morning of April 22, the unveiling ceremony for the Stomatological Hospital of Shantou University Medical College was held, marking the arrival of Eastern Guangdong's first public specialized stomatological hospital.

The unveiling of the Stomatological Hospital is a major livelihood program for Shantou to optimize the layout of specialized medical care and shore up the weakness in stomatological health services. 粤东首家公立口腔专科医院揭牌

　　4月22日上午，汕头大学医学院口腔医院揭牌仪式举行，粤东地区迎来第一家公立口腔专科医院。

　　此次口腔医院揭牌，是我市优化专科医疗布局、补齐口腔健康服务短板的重大民生实事，更是回应全市人民期盼、深化校地合作的重要标志性成果，对于提升粤东地区口腔医疗服务能力、更好满足群众高品质健康需求具有重要意义。

　　活动还举行了粤东口腔医疗高质量发展学术研讨会，张志愿院士、王松灵院士等国内口腔医学领域顶尖专家围绕前沿议题深入交流，传经送宝，为粤东口腔医疗高质量发展提供宝贵智力支持。
