On July 25, the power transmission project of the Datang Nan'ao Lemeng I Offshore Wind Power Expansion Project, owned by Datang Shantou New Energy Co., Ltd., was successfully energized and put into operation. The project innovatively adopted the world’s first and largest cross-section 3,500-square-millimeter smooth aluminum-sheathed cable, significantly enhancing the high-voltage cable’s large-capacity power transmission capability.

Once fully operational, the project will fundamentally resolve the transmission bottleneck constraining the expansion project, fully unlock the clean energy supply potential of offshore wind power, and contribute to optimizing the regional energy mix. The project will effectively overcome key technical challenges in cable corridor construction, further enhance the reliability and efficiency of connecting offshore wind power with the grid system, and provide replicable and scalable technical practices and management experience for similar projects.

　　7月25日，大唐汕头新能源有限公司大唐南澳勒门Ⅰ海上风电扩建项目送出工程顺利送电投运。工程创新采用世界首根、全球最大截面3500平方毫米平滑铝护套电缆，大幅提升了高压电缆大容量输电能力。

　　工程投运后，将彻底解决扩建项目送出受限问题，充分释放海上风电清洁能源供给能力，助力区域能源结构优化。项目有效破解电缆通道建设技术难题，进一步增强海上风电接入系统的可靠性与高效性，也为同类项目积累可复制、可推广的技术实践与管理经验。
