Recently, with the approval of the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China, the National Academy of Chinese Theatre Arts (NACTA) officially established an off-campus instructional site at Shantou School of Culture and Art. Starting in 2026, the site will enroll non-full-time adult students in diploma-granting continuing higher education. This is the third off-campus instructional site set up by NACTA in China, following those in Fujian and Shanxi provinces. It also marks another landmark achievement in the cultivation of theatrical talents since Shantou and NACTA signed a strategic cooperation agreement in 2021.

The newly established off-campus instructional site will commence operations this autumn, offering two programs—Performance (Multi-Genre Traditional Opera) and Music Performance—across two levels: admission of junior college graduates into undergraduate education, and admission of senior high school graduates into undergraduate education. Candidates must take the National Unified Examination for College Admissions for Adults, and complete the registration and examination for the additional specialized tests within the specified time limits.

中国戏曲学院在汕设立校外教学点

　　近日，经教育部批准，中国戏曲学院在汕头文化艺术学校正式设立校外教学点，自2026年起面向社会招收成人高等学历继续教育非脱产学习方式学生，这是中国戏曲学院继福建、山西之后在国内设立的第三个校外教学点，也是汕头市与中国戏曲学院自2021年签署战略合作协议以来，在戏曲人才培养领域取得的又一标志性成果。

　　此次设立的校外教学点将于今年秋季开始办学，招生专业包括表演（多剧种）、音乐表演两个专业，涵盖专升本（专科起点升本科）、高起本（高中起点升本科）两个层次。报考考生须参加全国成人高校招生统一考试，并按规定时限完成专业加试报名与考试。
