Recently, the Shantou Service Center of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Generative AI Safe Development Joint Laboratory (hereinafter referred to as the "Center") was officially inaugurated and awarded its plaque in Guangzhou. The establishment of the Center extends the professional services of the Joint Laboratory to the eastern Guangdong region, providing convenient safety and compliance support for the large-scale development of Shantou's cross-border AI token services.

The Center adopts a collaborative model of “municipal departments + functional zone platforms + key enterprises and universities”. Relying on the Joint Laboratory’s first nationwide localized generative AI safety evaluation system and the compliance framework of “weights remaining within the border, inference going overseas, and domestic inaccessibility”, it can provide enterprises engaged in cross-border token services with cross-border service compliance solution design, technical implementation path verification, regulatory communication support, and other services. This enables enterprises to obtain evaluation standards and filing services consistent with those in the core cities of the Greater Bay Area right in their local area.

粤港澳大湾区生成式人工智能安全发展联合实验室汕头服务中心成立

　　日前，粤港澳大湾区生成式人工智能安全发展联合实验室汕头服务中心在广州正式授牌成立。该服务中心的设立，将联合实验室的专业服务延伸至粤东地区，为汕头词元出海业务规模化发展提供便捷的安全合规支撑。

　　该中心采用“市级部门+功能区平台+重要企业与高校”协同模式，依托联合实验室全国首个本地化部署的生成式人工智能安全评测系统和“权重留境、推理出境、境内不可达”合规框架，可为词元出海企业提供跨境服务合规方案设计、技术实现路径验证、监管沟通支持等服务，让企业在本地即可获得与大湾区核心城市一致的评测标准和备案服务。
