From October 26 to 27, Li Daxi, Chairman of the Chinese Association for Science and Business (CASB), led a delegation to visit and conduct research in Shantou. The delegation visited the Cross-border Digital Economy Industrial Park in the Shantou Overseas Chinese Economic and Cultural Cooperation Pilot Zone, T.Y.M., Westmonth, the Bonded Logistics Center of Shantou Comprehensive Bonded Zone, LUSTRE, and other places, to gain an in-depth understanding of Shantou's industrial layout and development status in fields such as the digital economy, artificial intelligence, cross-border e-commerce, and health and wellness. The delegation also held discussions with relevant organizations in Shantou, engaging in in-depth exchanges on topics including the computing power interconnection and the three-dimensional vertical ferroelectric memory project, the green computing power center and "incoming data processing" business matchmaking, health and wellness industry cooperation, and the new cross-Shantou Bay channel project.

This research visit and discussion laid the foundation for subsequent cooperation between Shantou and the CASB. Both sides expressed that they will establish a normalized communication mechanism, promote the landing of projects in Shantou in fields such as computing chips, green data centers, and the health and wellness industry, and help Shantou develop new quality productive forces tailored to local conditions.

国际华人科技工商协会访问团来汕调研

　　10月26日至27日，国际华人科技工商协会主席李大西率协会访问团一行来汕参观调研。访问团先后实地走访华侨试验区跨境数字经济产业园、天亿马、西之月、汕头综保区保税物流中心、洛斯特等地，深入了解汕头在数字经济、人工智能、跨境电商、大健康等领域的产业布局与发展现状。访问团还与我市相关单位进行座谈，围绕算力互联与三维垂直铁电存储器项目、绿色算力中心及“来数加工”业务对接、大健康产业合作、跨汕头湾新通道项目等内容深入交流。

　　此次调研座谈为汕头与国际华人科技工商协会后续合作奠定了基础。双方表示，将建立常态化沟通机制，推动算力芯片、绿色数据中心、大健康产业等领域项目在汕落地，助力汕头因地制宜发展新质生产力。
