New progress has been made for the Nan＇ao LNG Terminal Project which are jointly developed and constructed by Shantou City and China Guodian Corporation. The preparatory work such as project feasibility report has been completed. Now, the pre-declaration phase of the Project is started. The Project will be started next year, and completed and put into operation before 2014.
On the morning of March 29, Australia ICON Energy Co., Ltd. and the construction organization Shantou Sailuo Energy Co., Ltd. held a formal gas supply contract signing ceremony. Through the performance of the contract, adequate gas supply support can be provided for the construction of Nan＇ao LNG Terminal in Shantou, and the demands of national economy and social development on the energy diversification in East Guangdong can be met.

南澳LNG接收站明年开工
我市与中国国电集团公司合作开发建设南澳LNG(天然气)接收站项目取得新进展，项目可行性报告等前期工作已经完成，正进入项目前期申报阶段，力争明年开工，2014年前建成投产。
3月29日上午，澳大利亚艾亢能源公司与建设单位汕头市赛洛能源有限公司举行供气正式合同签约仪式，将为我市建设南澳LNG(天然气)接收站提供充足的气源保障，满足粤东地区国民经济和社会发展对能源多样化需求。
