In order to standardize and promote the healthy development of the service industry, Shantou will, from September 1, 2015, to August 31, 2018, try in Bao＇ao City, Chenghai District, an advanced standard system for the service industry, the first municipal trial that Shantou has ever conducted. It will pave the road for the future application for the provincial and national pilot zone for such service standard system.

Chenghai is a major toy production area in China. On the basis of the local toy industry, Bao＇ao City will undertake the municipal trial of the advanced standard for the service industry, and experiment the labeling and certification of product standard for E-commerce service so as to guide and supervise the operation of the business owners in the market, promote the traditional toy industry to transform and upgrade and provide the economic development with sustainable power.

　　为加快推进我市服务业标准化工作，促进服务业持续健康发展，我市今年9月1日开始至2018年8月31日在澄海区宝奥城开展汕头市服务业先进标准体系试点工作。这是我市首家市级服务业先进标准体系试点单位，将为今后申报省级和国家级服务业先进标准化试点单位打下坚实基础。
　　澄海区是我国重要的玩具生产基地，宝奥城依托澄海现有的国际玩具支柱产业，将通过承担市级服务业先进标准体系试点工作，探索开展电商产品标准明示和鉴证工作，积极引导、监督市场商户合法经营，推动传统玩具产业转型升级，为经济发展提供持续动力。
