On January 12 - 22, the film crew of CCTV Documentary Remember the Nostalgia went to Dongli Town in Chenghai District, Shantou for a 10-day shooting.They used the videos to record Dongli folk customs, ancient town style, historical anecdotes, traditional crafts and other contents so as to present to the Chinese at home and abroad the ancient town style, historical anecdotes, ancient town spirit, and nostalgia elements, etc.
A full length documentary Remember the Nostalgia mainly films excellent Chinese traditional culture and heritage. It tries to show the "unique features of each town" . Each episode will focus on one town, lasting for 30 minutes. After rounds of screening, Dongli Town in Chenghai District, Shantou was selected. As a national key town and famous hometown of overseas Chinese, Donglitown historically includes two major parts including Donglong and Zhanglin. Among others, Zhanglin Port is the hometown of red boats, one of the important origins of the "maritime silk road". It has very rich historical and cultural resources. Moreover, it is a microcosm of the evolution of humanities, history and culture of Shantou and even the whole Chaoshan area.

央视纪录片《记住乡愁》在汕拍摄
1月12日至22日,央视纪录片《记住乡愁》摄影组走进我市澄海区东里镇开展为期10天的拍摄,用镜头记录下东里民俗、古镇风情、历史掌故、传统手艺等内容,将古镇风情面貌、历史故事、古镇精神、乡愁元素等展现给海内外华人。
《记住乡愁》大型纪录片以中华优秀传统文化传承为主要内容进行拍摄,艺术上力求展示“一镇一味道,一镇一神韵”,一集一古镇,每集时长30分钟。经过层层筛选,我市澄海区东里镇脱颖而出。作为全国重点镇、著名侨乡,东里镇历史上包含东陇和樟林两大部分,其中,樟林港是红头船故乡,中国“海上丝绸之路”重要起源地之一,具有非常丰富的历史文化资源,而且还是汕头乃至整个潮汕地区人文、历史、文化演变的一个缩影。
