On the morning of February 10, the Longhu District Government in Shantou signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Beijing Mobike Technology Co., Ltd. The two sides planned to release 10,000 Mobikes within Longhu District. The first 2,000 Mobikes would be released, and more than 200 parking lots were initially planned. This marks that Shantou become the sixth city in Guangdong Province with Mobikes, which will provide a convenient, green and fashionable new option for the citizens in their "last mile" travel, offer an innovative intelligent solution for sustainable urban environment development, and boost the creation of a national civilized city. Mobike is the world＇s first intelligent public bicycle sharing project. A user does not have to apply for a card. Mobike is station-free. It does not need to be inflated, so a user is not worry about a flat tire. If a citizen uses his mobile phone to download APP, register an account number and pay a security deposit of RMB 299, then he can use his mobile phone to scan the QR code on a Mobike, unlock the Mobike and use it. RMB 1 will be charged for riding the Mobik for half an hour. Except for the residential areas, corridors and other areas, the user of a Mobike can stop the Mobike at a legal non-motor vehicle parking lot at either side of the road, lock the Mobike and leave it for the next user.
 

On February 16, blue Xiaomingdanche bikes appeared in the People＇s Square, Jinyuan Road and other urban areas, and became another new travel way following "Mobikes" for Shantou people. Xiaomingdanche is a new bicycle project integrating with personal bicycle rental and sharing. A person can obtain his own operating bicycle and put it in a reasonable area in the public place by himself so as to achieve a profit. By operating APP, a user can borrow and use a Xiaomingdanche bike. For the first time, a user must pay a security deposit of RMB 199 and then use his personal ID card for real-name authentication. The fee for using the bicycle each time will be started from RMB 0.1, which will be charged by the mileage.

　　2月10日上午，我市龙湖区政府与北京摩拜科技有限公司签署战略合作协议,双方计划在龙湖辖区内投放1万辆摩拜单车,首批投放2000辆,并初步规划200多处推荐停车点。这标志着汕头成为全省第6个摩拜单车开城点,将为广大市民“最后一公里”出行提供便捷、绿色、时尚的新选择,还为城市环境可持续发展提供创新智能解决方案,助力文明城市创建。摩拜单车(Mobike)是全球第一个智能共享公共自行车项目,无需办卡,无固定停车桩,也不需要充气,不怕爆胎。市民使用手机下载APP,注册账号并缴纳299元押金后,通过手机扫码解锁单车即可畅行。单车骑行每半小时收费1元。除小区、楼道等区域外,摩拜单车用户可将单车停放在道路两侧的合法非机动车停车点关锁走人,提供给下一个用户使用。

　　2月16日,蓝色的小鸣共享单车出现在市区人民广场和金园路段等区域,成为继“摩拜”之后汕头人迎来的又一新的出行方式。小鸣单车是一款集个人租车与共享骑行于一体的新型单车项目。个人可通过平台获得自己的运营车辆,自行投放于公共场所中的合理区域,实现盈利。用户通过操作APP便可租借使用小鸣单车。首次进行押金(199元)充值,然后使用个人身份证实名认证。每次使用从0.1元开始计算,根据里程数进行计费。
